This notice explains how the FLYMIO recruitment form handles the information you choose to submit.

What the form collects

Your name, father's name, date of birth (used to calculate your age), contact details, full address, design and social media skills, experience, selected social platforms, and any portfolio link or notes you provide.

Location sharing

Current location is required to submit an application. It is requested only when you press “Allow location”, and your browser controls permission. The form saves the latitude, longitude, reported accuracy and capture time with your application when you submit. There is no background or continuous tracking.

Coordinates are reported by your device. They may be approximate and may differ from your residential address. You can refresh your location before submitting. If you decline location permission or a location cannot be captured, the application cannot be submitted. Closing the form without submitting does not save your application or location to FLYMIO's database.

How information is used

FLYMIO's authorised hiring team can review submitted information to assess applications, contact candidates and plan work arrangements, including laptop delivery. Candidate records are not shown publicly.

Storage and access

Submitted applications are stored in the website's hosted database. Access to candidate records requires an authorised hiring-team account. The form also temporarily stores a hashed connection identifier to limit abusive submissions. These identifiers expire after two hours and are removed when a later application is saved.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Contact flymio.in@gmail.com with your application reference to request a correction or deletion, or ask about how long your application will be retained. Please do not send passwords or identity documents.
